Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Retention Program Advisor to engage with potential customers regarding appointment scheduling and account inquiries. The advisor uses retention rebuttals to secure attendance at installations or to reschedule the customer to a different date, time, and/or service location.

This remote role thrives in a high-volume call environment, multitasking across CRM and scheduling platforms while maintaining detailed documentation and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or retention experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to appointment rescheduling and account support.
• Assist customers with installation process and policies.
• Handle cancellations by identifying concerns and offering retention solutions.
• Document all interactions in CRM and scheduling platforms.
• Navigate multiple systems during live calls and maintain a positive conversation.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Meet performance metrics for retention and service quality.
