You will use retention rebuttals to address hesitations and secure installations or reschedule as needed, maintaining a positive customer experience in a high-volume environment. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across CRM and scheduling tools while ensuring accurate documentation and responsive

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; adds compensation.
• 6+ months in customer service, call center, or retention roles preferred.
• Ability to multitask and navigate CRM/scheduling systems during live calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; empathetic, solution-focused style.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers with installation steps and policy information.
• Address objections and offer retention solutions to preserve relationships.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM/scheduling platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues timely and follow up on open items.
• Meet performance metrics for retention and call quality.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
• Provide general Care Center support and other duties as assigned.
