The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume call center, multitasks across systems, and maintains a positive customer experience while meeting retention targets.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service, call center, or retention-focused experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Ability to mult-task while on live calls.
• Proficient in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment rescheduling, service inquiries, and account support.
• Assist customers through installation process with clear policies and procedures.
• De-escalate issues with empathy and provide retention solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and scheduling platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Meet performance metrics for retention and call quality.
