Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Remote Retention Program Advisor for our Care Center.

You will handle appointment scheduling and account inquiries, using retention rebuttals to secure attendance or reschedule, all while delivering empathetic, solution-focused service. This full-time, non-exempt position offers hourly pay with uncapped incentives, bilingual English/Spanish eligibility, comprehensive health coverage, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service/call center/retention roles.
• Experience handling objections or retention preferred.
• Strong multitasking with CRM/scheduling systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional, empathetic communication style.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Calm and solution-focused in high-volume situations.
• Remote-work self-motivation and discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers with installation process and policies.
• Handle cancellations by addressing root concerns and offering retention options.
• Document all interactions in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive conversation.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Meet performance metrics for retention and service quality.
• Adhere to policies and confidentiality; provide Care Center support.
