Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Remote Retention Program Advisor in a high-volume care center environment. You will handle appointment scheduling, answer inquiries, and use retention strategies to preserve revenue and customer relationships.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities, a high school diploma, and at least 6 months in customer service or retention roles. You will work remotely with equipment provided and be eligible for performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months in customer service, call center, or retention roles.
• Experience handling objections or conflicts preferred.
• Strong multitasking while using CRM and scheduling systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Remote work experience and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers with the installation process and provide policy details.
• Professionally address cancellations and offer retention options.
• Document interactions in CRM and scheduling tools.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a solution-focused conversation.
• De-escalate challenging calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Meet retention, service quality, and call handling metrics.
• Adhere to confidentiality and company policies.
• Provide general Care Center support as needed.
