Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required and eligible for extra compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months in customer service, call center, or retention-focused roles.
• Experience handling objections or account retention is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and navigation of CRM and scheduling systems during live calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, professional and persuasive communication style.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to stay calm in high-volume situations.
• Remote work experience comfortable; proficient with standard software.
