Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Retention Program Advisor to work remotely in the United States. You will handle appointment scheduling and account inquiries in a high-volume environment, using retention tactics to maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required with good communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service, call center, or retention roles.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling and inquiries.
• Navigate CRM and scheduling systems while talking with customers.
• De-escalate difficult calls with empathy and provide retention solutions.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
• Meet retention and call quality targets.
