Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; extra compensation possible.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service or retention roles.
• Strong multitasking and CRM/system navigation during live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Provide clear info on policies and procedures.
• Handle cancellations by addressing objections and offering retention options.
• Document all interactions in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive conversation.
• De-escalate difficult situations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Meet performance metrics for retention and service quality.
• Adhere to policies and confidentiality standards.
• Provide general Care Center support as needed.
