Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Remote Retention Program Advisor to handle appointment scheduling and account inquiries with a bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

You will address hesitations, reschedule when needed, and preserve customer relationships in a high-volume environment. The role requires at least 6 months in customer service or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across CRM and scheduling systems while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required; compensated accordingly.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service, call center, account management, or retention experience.
• Proficient in navigating CRM and scheduling systems during live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers with installation process and policy details.
• Handle cancellations by identifying concerns and offering retention solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM and scheduling platforms.
• De-escalate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service.
