This high‑volume position requires bilingual English/Spanish, solid CRM experience, and the ability to multitask across systems with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation eligible.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service or retention roles.
• Experience handling objections and maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong ability to navigate CRM and scheduling systems during live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling and account support.
• Assist customers with installation processes and policies.
• Handle cancellations by addressing objections and offering retention solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in CRM and scheduling platforms.
• Multitask across multiple systems while maintaining positive conversations.
• De-escalate difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues with timely follow-up.
• Meet performance metrics related to retention and call handling.
• Adhere to policies, confidentiality standards, and job requirements.
