Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service or retention roles.
• Experience with objections and retention preferred.
• Ability to navigate CRM and scheduling systems during calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for appointments and account support.
• Assist customers with installation steps and policies.
• Address cancellations with retention solutions.
• Document interactions in CRM and scheduling tools.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a solution-focused dialogue.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams for service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Meet retention and service quality metrics.
• Follow confidentiality and company policies.
