Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Retention Program Advisor to handle appointment scheduling and account inquiries in a high-volume remote environment. You will proactively use retention rebuttals to secure attendance or reschedule to a different date/time/location.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication skills, and comfort working remotely with CRM and scheduling systems. You will contribute to protecting revenue and maintaining customer relationships.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; compensation eligible.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service, call center, or retention roles.
• Experience handling objections or retention preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Provide clear information on policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate CRM and scheduling documentation.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• De-escalate difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure service delivery.

Conocimientos
