Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Remote Retention Program Advisor to handle appointment scheduling and account inquiries in a high-volume environment.

You will use retention rebuttals to address hesitations and secure attendance at installation appointments or reschedule as needed. You will maintain documentation in CRM, navigate multiple systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months in customer service or retention roles.
• Excellent communication and ability to work remotely.
• Experience with CRM and scheduling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Guide customers through installation processes with clear information.
• Address objections and offer retention solutions.
• Document interactions in CRM accurately.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive tone.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
