Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Retention Program Advisor to engage with potential customers regarding appointments and account inquiries in a fully remote role.

You will use retention rebuttals to secure attendance and reschedule as needed, maintaining a positive customer experience while multitasking across CRM and scheduling systems. The ideal candidate has 6+ months of customer service experience, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and can work effectively in a high-volume environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required; qualifies for additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, account management, or retention-focused roles.
