The Outreach Team is a remote-friendly field firm focused on progressive campaigns. We are hiring Remote Recruiters to build diverse, effective teams across the continental US.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment—from posting ads to onboarding new staff—while coordinating interviews via Zoom and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. Ideal candidates are experienced in recruiting, detail-oriented, and passionate about social change.

Competenze

• Experience in recruiting and hiring processes.
• Passion for progressive policies.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and hire staff.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from posting ads to onboarding.
• Create and post job ads; design recruitment materials.
• Call leads and schedule interviews; move candidates through process.
• Ensure onboarding forms comply with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with hires and support onboarding.
