Job summary

Dover is seeking a Project Lead fluent in Spanish and English to oversee a remote AI video data collection project. You will manage day-to-day operations, recruit and onboard Spanish-speaking contributors, and ensure engagement and timely completion of tasks.

The role requires strong coordination skills, experience in recruitment and contributor engagement, and the ability to communicate effectively with both Spanish-speaking contributors and the internal English-speaking team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in project management, coordination, operations, or similar roles.
• Experience with recruitment, community management, contributor engagement, or participant coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project progress, contributor activity, and overall participation.
• Maintain project trackers, records, and performance updates.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate solutions with the appropriate team members.
• Communicate project updates, requirements, and changes clearly to contributors.
• Help ensure project goals, timelines, and quality requirements are met.
• Prepare regular project updates and reports for the internal team.
• Coordinate across internal teams and contributors to keep project activities moving smoothly.
