Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy seeks a part-time, fully remote Bilingual Virtual Program Coordinator to support a teen mental health program. The role covers intakes, family onboarding, and coordination with clinical teams, with a focus on bilingual communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include attendance tracking, group support via Zoom, and coordination of psychiatric appointments and IEP meetings for ages 13–17 and their families.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in behavioral health or mental health services.
• Remote work experience in a professional setting.
• Strong intake coordination, scheduling, documentation, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office, electronic records, and virtual communication tools.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM ET.
• Experience supporting adolescent PHP/IOP programs.
• Experience coordinating care with therapists, families, and psychiatric providers.

Responsibilities

• Intake & Admissions: Coordinate paperwork, scheduling, assessments, and family onboarding.
• Program Administration: Maintain attendance, census, schedules, client records, and documentation.
• Virtual Group Support: Assist with Zoom groups, transitions, participation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Clinical Team Support: Coordinate psychiatric appointments, IEP meetings, clinical schedules, and assigned administrative tasks.
• Family Communication: Provide bilingual updates, reminders, and administrative support.
• Documentation & Check-Ins: Complete timely records, assigned wellness check-ins, and program follow-ups.
• Safety & Escalation: Identify concerns and promptly communicate with clinical leadership.
