Job summary

Oscar Health seeks a bilingual physician to support the Virtual Health Assessment Team. You will provide virtual care (phone/video) and supervise Advanced Practice Providers, reporting to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment.

Full-time, remote role requiring licensure in at least 2 Oscar States (TN mandatory, plus TX or FL). 8:00–18:00 schedules with 5 days of work per week; base pay $216,406–$284,032 annually plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Fluency in Spanish determined by proctored assessment.
• 3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state-by-state regulations.
• Provide medical care virtually (phone, video, and secure messaging) in line with Oscar Medical Group guidelines.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, registered nurses, and other providers across service lines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
