Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a bilingual physician for our Virtual Health Assessment Team to deliver care virtually via phone and video and supervise APPs. This remote role requires licensure in multiple Oscar States and Spanish fluency.

You will work under the Director, Virtual Health Assessment, with 8-hour day shifts, and potential travel for meetings. Base pay ranges from $216,406 to $284,032 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• 3+ years outpatient family or internal medicine experience.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: TN plus one of TX or FL.
• Active IMLCC or eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations.
• Provide medical care virtually (phone, video, & message) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
