Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Bilingual Physician to join our Virtual Health Assessment Team. You will deliver care to patients via phone and video and supervise Advanced Practice Providers.

This full-time remote role requires licensure in two Oscar States (TN mandatory plus TX or FL) and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with Spanish fluency. The base pay is $216,406–$284,032 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish determined by proctored assessment.
• Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States with TN required and another state (TX or FL).
• Experience with value based care documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care virtually (phone, video, messaging) aligned with guidelines.
• Oversee nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state regulations.
• Collaborate with other providers across service lines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
