Oscar Medical Group is seeking a bilingual physician to join our Virtual Health Assessment Team. You will lead virtual care and supervise Advanced Practice Providers while reporting to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment. The role is remote with full-time hours and a base pay range of $216,406–$284,032 per year.

Requirements include board certification in IM or FM, MD/DO, Spanish proficiency, and licensure in at least two Oscar States (TN plus TX or FL). Telemedicine experience is a bonus.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Fluency in Spanish determined by proctored assessment.
• 3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: TN required and one of TX or FL.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations.
• Provide medical care virtually (phone, video, and secure messaging) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Be licensed in additional states with our assistance via our licensing vendor.
