Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Bilingual Physician to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. This remote role serves Oscar Health Insurance members across designated states, delivering care via audio, video, and written communication.

You will report to the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care, and work full-time with rotating weekends. Requirements include MD/DO, board certification (ER/FM/IM), 3+ years in outpatient urgent care or ED, 2+ years telemedicine, and active/compact licensure in

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (ER/FM/IM).
• Spanish fluency (read, write, and speak).
• 3+ years of outpatient urgent care or emergency department experience.
• 2+ years of delivering virtual care/telemedicine.
• Compact license from IMLCC or eligible for a compact license.
• Active Tennessee and Florida licenses via IMLC/IMLC onboarding is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate with Physicians/Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team for complex patients.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Use tools to enable virtual exams and remote monitoring as available.
• Participate in collaborative care model with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and supervisors.
• Attend required meetings to support patient care and service line All Hands.
• Provide feedback to improve operational workflows and product features.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
