Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication with sales and internal teams.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, multi-tasking ability.
• Detail-oriented and analytical thinker.
• Knowledge of Cannabis Act and Regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Typing speed 50–80 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Manage the needs of English and French patients through phone, email, and chat.
• Display a positive attitude reflecting Tilray's values.
• Maintain records for registration and renewal of patients.
• Communicate within department and with support teams.
• Assist on tasks based on business needs.
• Coordinate with team to balance queue coverage.
• Assist with medical and recreational client interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes related to the position.
• Use inbound and outbound calls to generate revenue.
• Engage in ongoing regulatory training.
• Assist Supervisor and Leads with various duties.
