Qualifications

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (inbound/outbound, upselling, cross-selling).
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and quoting systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
• Respond to inbound inquiries about policy coverage, billing, and service.
• Resolve questions requiring a valid insurance license with accuracy.
• Educate customers on policy options and required steps.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
