Concentrix is hiring a remote Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) to serve customers in the United States. You will sell insurance, gather information for quotes, and bind policies while meeting performance goals.

A current P&C license and bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities are required, with strong communication and CRM usage. The role offers work-from-home flexibility, training, and opportunities for career growth within a Fortune 500 organization.

Formación

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• 1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling, retail or consultative selling)
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Proven sales skills with the ability to influence customers and close the sale. Must be bilingual.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing CRM tools, quoting systems, and customer interactions
• High-speed internet
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. residential address

Responsabilidades

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting performance goals.
• Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service.
• Resolve questions and service issues that require a valid insurance license with professionalism and accuracy.
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening to ensure customers feel heard and supported.
• Educate customers on policy options and required steps or updates.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a smooth, engaging conversation.
• Document interactions to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
• Work from a quiet home environment, maintaining professionalism in communications.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
