Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, upselling, cross-selling)
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and able to close sales
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to multitask while managing CRM tools and quoting systems
• Requires high-speed internet (10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download minimum)
• No wireless, hotspots, or satellite connections; smartphone for authentication
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid US address

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies
• Respond to inbound inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service
• Resolve questions requiring a valid license with professionalism and accuracy
• Educate customers on policy options and required steps
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
