Job summary

AutoComplete is hiring licensed P&C insurance agents to join our fully remote sales team. You will advise buyers on personal lines products, handle high volumes of inbound calls and SMS, and build quotes across top carriers. A P&C license and strong communication skills are required, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

On-target earnings range from $90,000 to $140,000, with 100% covered health benefits and an equipment stipend as part of competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Multi-carrier sales experience preferred.
• Experience handling calls or working in a call center.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and SMS with real-time buyers.
• Prepare auto and home quotes using multiple carrier portals and a CRM.
• Learn proprietary systems and provide feedback to product teams.
• Improve internal processes for a seamless digital customer experience.
• Provide experienced advice and recommendations to customers.
