Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a remote Insurance Agent (Licensed Personal Lines, P&C) to join our Fortune 500 team. You will handle customer inquiries, explain plan options, and process enrollments while delivering exceptional experiences from a home office.

Training and ongoing support are provided in a diverse, inclusive culture. This role offers base pay of $18–$20 per hour, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid training, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Active resident license to sell P&C insurance.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend program materials.
• Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs.
• Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
