Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. This remote role delivers telemedicine care via messaging and phone, with schedules across day/evening/night shifts and a weekend every four weeks.

Requires NP/PA licensure, board certification, 3+ years in primary/urgent care, 2+ years telehealth, and bilingual Spanish proficiency. Base pay is $116,400–$152,775 with benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• PA or NP degree from an accredited program.
• Board certification (ANCC for NP or PA-C).
• Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, and speak) with fluency assessment.
• Active full practice licensure in at least 3 of the following states: FL, TX, OH, NJ, GA.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care virtually via phone and messaging.
• Follow Oscar Medical Group guidelines for patient care and follow-ups.
• Focus on efficient, high-quality virtual care delivery.
• Ensure access to VUC services for patients.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines.
