Oscar Medical Group is hiring a bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. This is a remote, work-from-home role with 5-day schedules across day, evening, and night shifts and a weekend every four weeks.

The base pay ranges from $116,400 to $152,775 per year, with employee benefits, up to 18 days of vacation, and annual performance bonuses. Candidates must be NP or PA with board certification and multi-state licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) with reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
• 3+ years in primary care, urgent care, ER, or outpatient family medicine.
• 2+ years of telehealth experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical care virtually via phone and messaging.
• Align patient care with Oscar Medical Group guidelines and policies.
• Focus on efficiency and quality of care delivery.
• Ensure patient access to VUC services.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines.
