Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Virtual Urgent Care team. This remote role delivers patient care via messaging and phone on Oscar's platform, reimagining how care is diagnosed, treated, and followed up with members. We offer full-time schedules across day, evening, and night with one weekend every four weeks.

Must reside in eligible states and have telehealth experience. Base pay ranges from $116,400 to $152,775 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with current board certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish; fluency assessment required.
• Active licensure in at least 3 states among the listed options; willingness to obtain more as needed.
• 3+ years in primary/urgent/outpatient family medicine.
• 2+ years of telehealth experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care virtually via phone and messaging.
• Deliver care in line with Oscar Medical Group guidelines.
• Focus on efficiency and quality of care delivery.
