Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Virtual Urgent Care team. You will deliver patient care remotely via Oscar's telemedicine platforms, supporting diagnoses, treatment, and follow-ups while aligning with group guidelines.

We offer full-time schedules across day, evening, and night shifts, with one weekend every four weeks. Candidates must be licensed in multiple states and fluent in Spanish, with telehealth experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required with fluency assessment.
• Board-certified NP or PA with accredited program.
• 3+ years in primary/urgent care or related outpatient setting.
• 2+ years telehealth experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care virtually via phone and messaging.
• Adhere to Oscar Medical Group guidelines and policies.
• Aim for efficient, high-quality care delivery.
• Ensure patient access to virtual urgent care services.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across services.
