Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Virtual Urgent Care team. The role is remote, with schedules across day/evening/night and one weekend every four weeks. Base pay is $116,400–$152,775 per year, plus benefits and annual bonuses.

Requirements include board certification, 3+ years in relevant care areas and 2+ years telehealth. Fluency in Spanish is required; licensure in multiple states is supported.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (Nurse Practitioner: ANCC, PA: Physician Assistant-Certified).
• Bilingual (Spanish) – read, write, speak; fluency assessment required.
• Active full practice licensure in at least 3 of the states listed (e.g., FL, TX, OH, NJ, GA).
• 3+ years in primary care, urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine; 2+ years telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care virtually via phone and messaging.
• Treat patients following Oscar Medical Group guidelines and policies.
• Focus on efficient, high-quality care delivery.
• Ensure access to Oscar Virtual Urgent Care services.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines.
