Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. This remote role requires residency in one of the approved states and involves delivering patient care via messaging and phone on Oscar's platform.

We offer full-time schedules across day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends every four weeks, with a base pay range of $116,400–$152,775 per year plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP or PA certification and be licensed.
• Bilingual in Spanish, read/write/speak, fluency assessment required.
• 3+ years in primary care/urgent care/outpatient family medicine.
• 2+ years telehealth experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care virtually via phone and messaging.
• Follow Oscar Medical Group guidelines and policies.
• Focus on efficient and high-quality care delivery.
• Ensure patient access to VUC services.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers.
