Job summary

Burger Rehabilitation Systems Inc. in the Sacramento area seeks a Remote Medical Call Center Scheduler for a full-time position.

You must be fluent in English/Spanish and available Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Remote role with occasional presence at the corporate office. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of scheduling/call center experience in a medical setting and strong data-entry and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Two to five years scheduling/call center experience and/or medical environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must reside in the general Sacramento area; remote role with potential office presence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Answer scheduling telephone lines.
• Contact patients for scheduling and gather required information.
• Register patients in billing and scheduling systems.
• Maintain accurate patient schedules at all times.
• Distribute emails and perform related data entry.
• Assist with faxing and calls to/from physician offices.
