RBI Mortgages is seeking a Loan Officer for a 100% remote role in private real estate lending. You will originate and close residential and commercial loans by building relationships with brokers, investors, and lenders across the U.S.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in private lending for real estate, a track record of loan origination, and a strong book of business focused on RTL or DSCR loans. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

• Proven ability to originate and close loans.

Responsibilities

• Originate loan opportunities through business development and networking.
• Build relationships with brokers, investors, lenders, developers.
• Grow a personal pipeline of borrowers and lending opportunities.
• Evaluate requests and structure loan solutions per guidelines.
• Guide borrowers through the origination process.
• Present loan products and terms (Bridge, Fix & Flip, DSCR, Ground-Up).
• Collaborate with underwriting and closing teams for timely closings.
• Negotiate terms and deliver strong borrower experience.
• Maintain pipeline records and CRM documentation.
• Represent RBI at industry events to generate new business.
• Stay informed on market trends and lending products.
