Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Loan Processor to join our growing team in a fast-paced private lending environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of loan files from application through closing.

The ideal candidate has direct experience in private lending (Ground-Up Construction, DSCR, Bridge, or Fix-and-Flip products) and understands the urgency, complexity, and documentation requirements unique to this space. This individual will play a key role in maintaining pipeline flow, clearing conditions, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless borrower experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of loan files from application through closing
• Collect, review, and verify borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Submit complete loan files to underwriting and proactively clear underwriting conditions
• Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, and Closing to resolve file issues and maintain deal momentum
• Address and resolve condition updates and kickbacks from final underwriting in a timely manner
• Maintain production targets while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance standards are met
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth process
• Track file progress and ensure all deadlines and milestones are met
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, investor guidelines, and applicable regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan processing
• Direct experience in private lending including DSCR, Bridge, Construction, or Fix-and-Flip loan products (required)
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment
• Experience submitting complete files to underwriting and clearing conditions efficiently
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
