Entrepreneur Cooperative is hiring a Bilingual Live Medical Scribe to provide real-time clinical documentation support to U.S.-based healthcare providers. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, as well as a solid understanding of medical terminology and documentation standards.

This fully remote opportunity involves documenting patient consultations, assisting with clinical coordination, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards. Candidates with a background in allied medical fields and an interest in improving healthcare workflows will thrive in this role.

Formación

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (C1 or higher required).
• Minimum 6+ months of experience as a medical scribe or clinical documentation specialist.
• Strong understanding of SOAP note formatting and clinical workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Document patient consultations and procedures live during appointments.
• Support provider follow-ups and patient communication workflows.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure documentation accuracy.
