Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience or shadowing preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the communities we serve (where indicated).

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time using structured notes (history, assessment, plan, exam).
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries for providers.
• Support Daily Huddles and Clinical Documentation Reviews.
• Provide administrative support (orders, referrals) as needed.
