Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience as a Medical Scribe preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time within the EHR.
• Navigate and manage patient data in EHR systems with compliance.
• Review and organize patient charts for accuracy.
• Coordinate between providers and care team for information exchange.
• Enter ICD-10 and CPT codes for diagnoses and services.
• Liaise with coding team to resolve documentation queries.
• Prepare morning huddle materials from patient histories.
• Oversee quality metrics measurement and reporting.
• Analyze population health data to optimize patient stratification.
• Stay updated on evidence-based protocols; maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
