Job summary

BMO Financial Group in a 100% remote role is seeking a bilingual Mortgage Renewal Advisor to guide clients through home financing options. You will drive renewals, deliver expert advice, and ensure compliant, high-quality service across channels.

Fluency in French and English is required; you’ll collaborate with internal teams, handle complex situations, and maintain confidentiality while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience or certification preferred.
• Knowledge of personal lending and home financing products.
• Familiar with contact centre processes, policies and metrics.
• Bilingual in French and English with strong written and spoken skills.
• Able to handle multiple channels and inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales process for mortgage renewals and home financing options.
• Provide expert advice on mortgage renewal/financing needs.
• Handle customer contacts across channels following approved procedures.
• Negotiate pricing and services to balance customer value and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations including FCAC and AML.
• Complete required documentation and escalate complex cases.
