Concentrix is hiring a remote bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) licensed to sell Property & Casualty insurance to serve customers from home in the United States. This role requires bilingual Spanish/English proficiency and a valid P&C license.

You will sell, quote, and bind policies, respond to inquiries, educate customers on options, cross-sell where appropriate, and navigate CRM/quoting systems while delivering top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Proven ability to influence customers and close sales.
• Strong educational background: HS diploma or GED.
• Proficient with computers and CRM/quoting tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet access.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Smartphone for authentication.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
• Respond to inbound inquiries related to policy coverage, billing and service.
• Resolve questions requiring a valid license with professionalism.
