Qualificações

• 1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, upselling, cross-selling).
• Active P&C license to sell insurance.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
• Respond to inbound inquiries about coverage, billing, and service.
• Resolve questions requiring a valid license with accuracy.
• Educate customers on policy options and steps.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Navigate CRM and quoting systems while maintaining conversations.
• Document interactions for accuracy and continuity.
