Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a remote Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) in the United States to provide excellent customer experiences for a Fortune 500 brand. Must hold an active P&C license and be Spanish/English bilingual. This role offers work-from-home flexibility and opportunities for career growth within a global organization.

You will handle quotes, policy inquiries, and cross-sell opportunities while navigating multiple systems and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound selling, upselling, cross-selling).
Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Proven sales skills with the ability to influence customers and close the sale; bilingual.
Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge.
Ability to multitask while managing CRM tools, quoting systems, and customer interactions.
High-speed internet; minimum speeds 10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download.

Responsibilities

Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting performance goals.
Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service.
Resolve questions and service issues that require a valid insurance license with professionalism and accuracy.
Demonstrate empathy and active listening to ensure customers feel heard and supported.
Educate customers on policy options and documentation, explaining required steps.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a smooth customer conversation.
Document interactions to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
Work from a quiet, distraction-free home environment, maintaining professionalism.
Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
