Job summary

Cosmo Appliances is a remote-friendly company seeking a Customer Service/Sales Associate to reach out to prospective leads, respond to inquiries, and qualify opportunities. You will stay informed on product lines, assist with admin duties, and support the sales team while delivering excellent service.

Fluency in Spanish and typing speed of 40 WPM are required; some sales experience is preferred, but not required. This is a remote US role.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is required.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• 2+ years of sales or cold calling experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospective leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat; research and qualify new leads.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to potential and existing customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, features, and availability.
• Assist with general administrative duties and data entry tasks.
• Support the sales team with tasks as needed.
