Job summary

Cosmo Appliances is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will conduct outbound outreach, respond to inquiries, and qualify leads while representing a fast-growing luxury kitchen brand.

Fluency in Spanish is required. We value 2+ years in customer service, sales or cold calling, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of sales or cold calling experience (preferred, but not required).
• Fluent in Spanish (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel (a plus).
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospective leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Research and qualify new leads and maintain a lead database.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to potential and existing customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product lines, features, and availability.
• Assist with general administrative duties and data entry tasks.
• Support the sales team with tasks as needed.
