Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial automation machinery sales.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Engages in projects from initial sale through completion and service.
• Prepares detailed proposals that align with customer needs and collaborates with internal teams to ensure proposals are technically feasible and competitive.
• Acts as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Conducts on-site visits to analyze customer production lines and gather technical data.
• Creates preliminary designs using AutoCAD to assist in customer proposals.
• Maintains relationships with key stakeholders and identifies new business opportunities.
