Responsabilités

• Engage reporters with utmost care and confidentiality; ensure information is handled properly.
• Answer calls from various industries promptly and follow intake processes with good judgment.
• Guide reporters through interviews, asking appropriate questions and ensuring accuracy of details.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all reports, internally and externally.
• Assist with special projects and other departmental duties as assigned.
• Maintain punctuality and schedule flexibility for 24/7 operations.
