Job summary

Ethico is seeking a Risk Specialist to capture and document sensitive workplace disclosures from employees worldwide. You will guide callers through a structured interview and translate testimonies into actionable reports for client investigations.

You will work in a fast-paced, confidential environment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Best Practices while handling sensitive information with professional skepticism.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a call center, phone support, or customer-centric role; experience in a legal, medical, or compliance intake environment is a plus
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of verbal information into a structured written format
• Ability to remain empathetic yet objective when handling sensitive disclosures
• Ability to deal with a variety of variables in situations with limited standardization
• High flexibility to support a 24/7 operation, including varied shifts
• Must be able to speak Spanish

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls live, delivering professional greetings and extracting thorough information
• Guide callers through the disclosure process with critical follow-up questions
• Determine initial severity level based on gathered details per protocols
• Refine verbal statements into clear written reports in the case management system
• Maintain 100% accuracy in data entry ensuring reports meet Ethico policies and client contracts
• Meet performance goals for report quality and formatting
• Brief client coordinators or Hotline management on high-priority or life-safety situations
• Support 24/7 operations by handling calls and holding queue to minimize wait times
