NAVEX is seeking a Communication Specialist to handle inbound calls about workplace concerns and violations in a remote, 24/7 environment. You will collect sensitive information, guide reporters through interviews, and ensure data integrity while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role requires resilience, discretion, and the ability to work across teams to support our Hotline & Incident Management services.

Responsibilities

• Engage reporters with empathy and ensure data is handled securely.
• Answer inbound calls and follow intake processes with good judgment.
• Lead interviews to gather detailed, accurate information.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of reports.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain punctuality and flexible scheduling in a 24/7 operation.
